01. Do you offer free shipping?

Free shipping is limited to standard ground or economy shipping and is valid only in the 48 contiguous states of the United States. Items may be shipped via USPS or UPS Mail Innovations, depending on the recipient's shipping address. 

All orders will ship within 1–2 business days of being placed. Here are the typical transit times:

  • Standard (UPS Mail Innovations): typically 3–5 business days 
  • 3-Day (UPS 3 Day): 2–3 business days 
  • Overnight (UPS Overnight): 1 business day 

*UPS Mail Innovations works with U.S. Postal Service to deliver your package, so transit times may vary.

Due to lithium-based battery shipping restrictions, some products can only be shipped via ground shipping methods. If the final ship-to address cannot be shipped via a ground shipping method it is subject to cancellation. 

Shipping to an APO or PO address? We only ship these orders with USPS in the United States, and they may not be expedited. Please allow 14–22 business days for delivery to APO addresses.

02. What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day money-back guarantee policy. So, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in any condition within 30 days for a refund. Here’s how it works:

Eligibility 
  • Return requests must be made within the 30-day window.
  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging
  • Returned items must be originally purchased from our online store. We are not able to accommodate online returns for items purchased in-store at any of our uBreakiFix® by Asurion locations. 
  • Products must be returned with original packaging.
Initiating returns 
    1. Access your order history by navigating through the top menu of the website or go directly to https://shop.ubreakifix.com/myaccount. You can also use the link in your order confirmation e-mail.
    2. Locate the order you wish to return and click the "Return Request" button.
    3. Select the reason for your return and submit your request.
    4. Once approved, you’ll receive a return packing label by e-mail. Print it and attach it to your package.
    5. Ship the item back using the provided label. Upon arrival at our facility, we’ll inspect your return.
    6. If your return meets all eligibility criteria, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
  • Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 
  • Returns must be sent to 175 Derousse Ave, Pennsauken, NJ 08110 
  • Returns cannot be accepted in-store at any of our uBreakiFix by Asurion locations.
Refunds 

After the returned item(s) is accepted and inspected at our warehouse, you will receive an email confirming that your refund is on its way. Refunds will be sent to the original method of payment and should appear on your bank statement within 5-10 business days. Refunds do not include expedited shipping costs. 

Exchanges 

Exchanges are not accepted. If you’d like a different item, simply request a return for the original item and place a new order for the new item. You will receive a refund for the original item when it is accepted and inspected at our warehouse. 

03. What if my item arrives damaged?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

04. What items can’t be returned?

We do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. We also cannot accept returns on final sale items, or products without their original packaging. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

06. Where can I see the status of my order?

Visit the My Account page in the top right corner to see your latest order updates, track a package, or request a return.

07. How do I cancel my order?

Because orders are processed immediately, we're unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order has been placed. Once the order arrives, feel free to request a return to receive a refund.
